Each month, the progress of each process is monitored and charted. These charts measure the percentage of each process achieving the 100% customer satisfaction goal. The charts are posted for everyone to monitor and track all processes.
ISO 9001:2008 specifies the standards for a quality management system and is the only certifiable standard in the series (although certification is not mandatory). Any organization, regardless of size or business sector, can utilize it. In fact, over one million companies and organizations in more than 170 countries have implemented ISO 9001:2008.

A critical component of ISO 9001:2008 is checking whether the system is functioning correctly. Organizations must conduct internal audits to assess the operation of their quality management system. Organizations can choose to invite an independent certification body to verify compliance with the standard, but this is not a requirement. Alternatively, organizations may invite their customers to personally audit their quality system.
